BACKGROUND:

I have extensive experience in working with clients in individual, couple, and family therapy.   I have worked as a director, consultant, clinical supervisor and therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings

PHILOSOPHY OF TREATMENT:

My chosen orientation is cognitive-behavioral.  It is important in this method to define goals which will enable clients to learn new ways of thinking and behaving.

I work with clients to find solutions to their problems utilizing their inherent strengths and to learn new skills.
